What to do if you were abducted and brought to the TCC
The detailed procedure for this matter is already in my separate video on the topic: "Protection from the arbitrary nature of the TCC, if they drag you into the bus." And in general, he has changed little. But taking into account the order of the CMU No. 560, recently adopted, I would like to make some clarifications.
You should always have someone whom you trust, who you, in the special database event that you are dragged into a bus, quickly send a coded SMS and it will start working.
How will it start to act?
The police will begin to be called and reported about the protection of a specific person by a specific military enlistment office. You can also call the DBR with a similar message. And he will begin to publicize your protection by the TCC employees on all the mass media and social networks available to him.
And even more important is what you will do.
In no case do not behave aggressively and do not get into fights. If you really don't want to devote the next 5-10 years to criminal cases.
Be as calm as possible. And do not give in to provocations.
Of course, you can refuse a summons to the medical commission. But I do not recommend that you simply refuse it, as you can legally be charged an administrative fine of UAH 25,500.00 for this.
I recommend signing the subpoena for the medical commission. But they will refuse to follow her at all.
If they are forcibly transported, they come to each doctor with the words: "I was brought here to you by force, everything you do is violence, and I refuse to sign everything."
They will declare all their diagnoses and illnesses and demand referral to the appropriate specialist.
Such demands are already illegal actions
