How to put them in the right place?

Post by Rrakibmmm »

Do you realize that your rcs data
application can end up in a black hole? Your CV may not reach the recruiter at all if it is not formatted properly!

Many companies now use automated CV selection systems , called ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). These systems scan and rate applicant applications before they go to further evaluation. That's why it's so important to create a CV that will survive this process.

Learn how to write a CV that will pass ATS and impress the recruiter!

What is the ATS system all about?
ATS, or Applicant Tracking System, is advanced software that recruiters and HR departments use to manage the entire recruitment process. Its main task is to facilitate and streamline the management of candidate applications, but its functions are much more extensive.

Important information for you: if your CV does not contain the right keywords , it may be rejected before anyone sees it!

Identifying keywords from a job advert
The first step in creating a CV that will make it through the ATS system is a thorough analysis of the job posting.

Carefully read the job requirements and identify the key skills listed therein. These keywords should be included in your CV.

For example, if the job posting requires knowledge of Excel, make sure your resume mentions your Excel skills.

How to put them in the right place?
Once you have identified your keywords, the next step is to place them in the appropriate places on your resume. Keywords should appear in several sections, such as your professional summary, skills section, and work experience description.

However, remember not to overdo it and not insert keywords artificially . Your CV should be legible and logical. For example, if you are applying for a data analyst position and the job advertisement lists skills such as data analysis, SQL , and Python, make sure these words appear on your CV.
