The CMMI model has three constellations:

Development, procurement, and services, which are collections of CMMI components that include a reference model, training materials, and assessment materials related to a particular area of focus. CMMI has two representations: continuous and staged. Both representations include 22 process areas and help organizations move poorly defined processes to statistically controlled processes.
CMMI's stage representation includes 5 maturity levels, each of which has Tunisia Mobile Database assigned process areas. CMMI DEV provides guidelines for measuring, monitoring, and planning the construction of products.
Figure 3 shows the maturity levels, their focus, and the assigned (default) process areas.
Figure 3. CMMI stage representation.
The staged representation already has predefined process areas assigned to each level and is the most widely used representation worldwide. Process areas indicate technical characteristics of a particular knowledge area. A managed process includes [4]: the inclusion of a policy, plans its activities, assigns resources and those responsible, trains and develops skills of the personnel who execute them, manages the work products it produces, considers relevant stakeholders, monitors and controls the steps of the process, makes adherence reviews to processes and products, and provides feedback to senior management on the status of the process.
