How to resize images in Microsoft Office on macOS?

In Resolution , click on the desired resolution and confirm with Ok
On the ribbon, select File > Compress Pictures
To compress only selected images, hold down SHIFT and click the images you want to compress.
Select an option in the Image Quality box
Click Only selected images or All images in this file
Please note that resizing a photo in Microsoft Office may result in an image modification due to loss of detail.
