After this, you can create and sign documents directly in the system.
What documents can be signed in KEDO
On the part of the employer (clause 1 of Article 22.3 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation) and on the part of the employee (clause 4 of Article 22.3 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation):
Employment contract;
Agreement on material liability;
Apprenticeship contract;
Agreement on obtaining education without interruption or with interruption from work;
Additional agreements to all of the above documents;
Order (instruction) on the application of disciplinary action.
Also, on the part of the employer, it is possible to sign (clause 1 of Article 22.3 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation) a notice of change by certain parties to the terms of the employment contract, and on the part of the employee (clause 4 of Article 22.3 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation), consent to the transfer and familiarization with the notice of change by certain parties to the terms of the employment contract.

What we did:
We prepared a package of documents for signing documents through KEDO.
Connected GosKey to Bitrix24.
We set up a procedure for signing/approving documents in the company.
As a result, documents in the company go through the following active signing statuses: Draft, Approval, Filling, Signing, Result.

The process of working with documents
In the “Draft” status, the document is being prepared for signature:Status draft bitrix 24

The list of employees with whom the document will be signed is indicated:List of employees of Bitrix 24
In the "Approval" status, the document is sent to the approving persons for signing. If approved, it is transferred to the other participants in the process for signing.
In the "Filling" status, you can correct the document if necessary, for example, if it lacks data. Then the person filling it out sends it to the company representative for signature.
In the "Signing" status, the document is signed by a company representative, the document is signed by an employee. Here, it is important to use the State Key (mobile application) to create a legally significant signature.
