3. Pin your most important posts
One clear improvement in the new Page Timeline is the improved control over your own Page posts. One of the biggest annoyances of Facebook community managers is that important content is quickly pushed down on your Page by new posts. In the new Page, this is a thing of the past. You can now choose to enlarge the post so that it spans the entire width of the page or you can choose to pin the post to the top of your Page. This allows you to give important content on your Page more attention on your Page. It is not yet clear what effect this will have on the Edgerank of posts in the news feed.
Also new is the admin panel for administrators. At a glance, you get an overview of brother cell phone list the most recent likes, comments and shares on your posts, the most recent Likes (fans), a snapshot of your Facebook Insights and the inbox of your page posts. This admin dashboard gives you a handy overview of your page. From the dashboard, you can of course click through to the full lists of the above-mentioned functionalities. In my opinion, a real improvement compared to the old fan pages, especially for companies that do not work with a Facebook CMS .

5. Page posts: a revolution in webcare?
The latest innovation is the possibility to send and receive page messages. Previously, it was not possible to receive and/or send messages as a page. A considerable annoyance for many brands, where the fan page is also used for webcare . Fans who left a question or complaint on your noticeboard often had to send an email to an email address such as socialmedia.
